We want to emphasise that this vital service cannot be provided by your estate agent. As RICS-accredited chartered surveyors we excel in delivering accurate and reliable valuations, ensuring you have the necessary information to make informed property decisions.

To enhance transparency and credibility, our Valuers will include at least three comparable properties with their corresponding sale prices. These properties will be carefully selected to be like-for-like in terms of property type, size, and age, located within a 2-mile radius of your property.

During a valuation visit, we prioritise convenience and respect for your property. Here’s what you can expect:
Scheduled Visit: We won’t turn up unannounced; visits will only be scheduled at a time that suits you best.
Non-Intrusive: Our focus is not on finding problems; we are only there to make sure we identify all matters that materially affect the value of the property we are valuing.
Respect for Your Home: We highly value your home and will treat it with the utmost respect throughout the process.
Efficiency: Depending on how big the property is, we won’t need to stay too long. The visit will only take as long as is required to produce a valuation that is professionally adequate for its purpose.
Preparations: We’ll have done our work beforehand to ensure a smooth and efficient visit. Our pre-visit checks will focus on understanding the nature of the property being valued and the location in which it is situated.
Photography: Some photographs will be taken during the visit to illustrate the notes within the valuation report.
Rest assured, our valuation visit is designed to be hassle-free, respectful, and geared towards providing you with the best possible service.
The valuation report will be valid for 3 months from the date it was produced. If your first valuation expires Adam Till Valuations can provide one desktop valuation for the reduced fee of £100 (inc vat).
The Help to Buy: Equity Loan current guidance says they will need to be sent a copy within 5 working days of the report being issued.
